Updating the feature information

After filtering the features, perform this procedure.

  1. Open the H5 SDK Product Level Feature Management application.
  2. To do quick actions, select the check boxes of the features and click these buttons:
    • Mark As Complete: Activates the features in the main tenant and changes the feature status to 90 - Completed.
    • Update Selected Row: Saves the updated information of the selected features.
  3. To configure the URL prefix, perform these steps:
    1. Beside the Jira Link field, click Configure.
    2. Specify the base URL to use for appending the value from the Feature Note field. You can specify any base URL depending on the tools or platforms you use.

      To insert the Feature Note value at a specific point in the URL, include %s as a placeholder. If %s is not included, the Feature Note value is appended to the end of the URL by default.

      For example, if you specify https://infor.atlassian.net/browse/ and the Feature Note value is M3VALUE-1, the full link becomes https://infor.atlassian.net/browse/M3VALUE-1.

    3. Click Save.
  4. To open the Edit Feature window, perform these steps:
    1. Click the Edit icon in the row of the feature.
    2. Specify this information:
      Feature Active
      Select this check box to enable the feature.
      Feature Status
      Select a status in the drop-down menu.
      Responsible
      Specify the username of the user who is responsible for the feature.
      Feature Note 1
      Specify the text to append to the URL in the Jira Link field. For example, the Jira ticket number. The full link is automatically generated and displayed in the table after you save. Clicking the link opens the corresponding page in a new window.
      Feature Note 2, Feature Note 3, Feature Note 4
      Optionally, provide additional notes.
      Note: The Responsible and Feature Note fields are updated only when the same user ID exists in the monitoring tenants.
    3. Click Save.
