Required security roles

This table shows the security roles that are required to gain access to specific areas in Infor OS:

User or groups for customer creation tasks

This table shows the user or groups that you must be knowledgeable about and are required to run the work flow:
User or group Requirement
Requester Must have access to the workspace Customer Creation Account and the security role that is connected to start the workflow M3_CustomerCreationRequest in ION Workflow authorization.
Approval level 1 user or users Must be added to the group M3CustomerCreationApproval_L1.
Approval level 2 user or users Must be added to the group M3CustomerCreationApproval_L2.
Account Receivable user or users Must be added to the group M3CustomerCreationAR and have access to required M3 programs, for example, 'Customer. Open' (CRS610).
Customer Service user or users Must be added to the group M3CustomerCreationCustomerService and have access to required M3 programs, for example, 'Customer. Open' (CRS610).

Required knowledge

You must have knowledge about the inbox, widgets and workflow in Infor OS.
