Refreshing a project summary

This procedure is applicable when your project activity contains an existing executive summary.
Note: The summary becomes outdated when the generated summary date is older than the project header date. This situation occurs when the project is updated, making the generated summary invalid.
  1. Right-click an existing project from ‘Project. Open’ (POS100) and select Related > Consists-of. The related option opens the list of available activities for the project.

    If used in a workspace, click a project from the M3 Search and List widget.

  2. Select the project or any activity from the list. After you select from the list, you can view the summary from the in-context widget.
  3. On the Project Executive Summary widget, click Refresh summary for <project number> where <project number> is a unique ID for the project provided manually by the project manager or a series patterned after the project order type.
