Configuring Rental Agreement Creation widget

  1. Click the menu icon (…) on the widget title bar and select Configure.
  2. Specify this information:
    Rental Depot
    Select the rental depot.
    Stock Zone
    Select the location of the items for rent.
    Rental Product Line(PDLN)
    Select the values that relate to the rental items, for example RENTAL. Ensure that the value clearly indicates that it is for rental use only.
    Default Rental Agreement Order Type
    Select the default value for the Rental Order type, for example, CO2.
    Reason Code (ARCC)
    Select a default reason setting for creating the agreement.
    Block on zero availability
    To enable the user to select an item with zero availability and create a rental agreement, leave this field blank. If you select Yes, a warning message is displayed when the user creates a rental agreement.
    Get Image Query
    Specify the IDM query definition that returns the available images in the content area of the widget.
    Note: You must change this query based on the tenant-specific attributes. If more than one Document type is used in IDM for Item image, you can use JOIN as part of the Get Image query.
  3. Click Save.
