CloudSuite Self-Service Portal
CloudSuite Self-Service Portal (CSSP) is a tool that enables you to perform certain
self-service administrative functions on your Cloud environments. lnfor uses the CSSP for
provisioning infrastructure, managing customer environments, and performing automated actions
on the Cloud environments.
Configuration Management is a self-service feature that is in CSSP. Use Configuration Management and your Infor application to copy resources from one of your organization's tenants to another tenant. For example, copy TST to PRD. The information exported from the source tenant is referred to as a local package. Local packages are specific to your company. No other company can access the local packages that your company creates. Parts of the Configuration Management functionality are controlled within CSSP, and parts are controlled within your specific Infor application. Configuration Management is available only to administrative users of CSSP.
