Infor Robotic Process Automation

Infor Robotic Process Automation (Infor RPA) is a software solution that enables organizations to automate repetitive and rule-based tasks by using software robots or "bots". These bots mimic human actions to interact with applications, systems, and data sources, performing tasks such as data entry, extraction, and manipulation. Infor RPA is part of Infor OS eco system and allows a smooth integration with Infor CloudSuites, but also thanks to its extensive capabilities can integrate with third part applications either though APIs or by screen scrapping the user interface.

Infor RPA leverages the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) capabilities with a help of Infor Document Processor (IDP). IDP platform is a service designed to recognize and extract text from images or scanned documents. It is capable of either extracting the whole text from scanned document, values based on provided key or perform template based text extraction. It is empowered with advanced machine learning techniques to analyze documents and extract essential information from them. All those capabilities can be reference though the RPA automated process.
