Review Center overview

The Review Center is your central workspace for managing and resolving issues that arise during the automated invoice processing workflow.

If an invoice cannot be processed automatically due to missing information, validation errors, or a need for manual review, it is sent to the Review Center. You can view the invoice document, see the extracted data, and easily correct or approve the information in the Review Center before resubmitting it for processing in M3.

Navigation

  • Invoice Queues: The left panel contains the invoice queues, which are organized in these tabs:
    • Missing Information: For invoices critical data such as invoice date or supplier number are not extracted.
    • Validation Errors: For invoices where extracted data conflicts with M3 data or business rules such as a U/M mismatch or a price variance.
    • Needs Review: For documents that was read and processed by RPA but not recognized as a Supplier Invoice. This category also includes invoices that passed all technical validations but require final human approval before posting. To always send invoices in this category, you can configure the enableReviewCenter field in the RPA arguments.

See User arguments for Invoice Processing

For certain suppliers, you can also configure the system to always review or send their invoices to this category through an ION Business Rule.

Note: You can manually move invoices to this tab for review before sending them to M3.
