Adding the Project Executive Summary template file to IDM
- Add a new document, then select Project Executive Summary in the Document Type field.
See the information on adding a document in the Infor OS User and Administration Library and select User > Document Management > Working with IDM > Working with a document > Adding a document.
- Upload the ProjectExecutiveSummary_Dynamic_Template.docx Word file into the new document.
- On the Properties tab, select Enable template, and specify this information:
- Template Name
- Specify Project_Executive_Summary_Template.
- Template Details
- Specify Project_Executive_Summary.
See the information on creating a template in the Infor OS User and Administration Library and select Administrator > Document Management > Infor Document Management Client Interface > Infor Document Management Client Features > Manage Documents > Creating a template.
- On the Attributes tab, specify 0 in the Project Number field.
- Click Save.
