Infor Sales Hub is a thin client application with an intuitive user experience, targeting over-the-counter sales of professional trades. It enables efficient face-to-face customer service interactions in the showrooms and branches of wholesale distributors and equipment spare parts dealers.

The solution is built around powerful search capabilities, including facet searches for common suggestions, customer and product search, configurable filters, and in-line images for instant product identification. The item search is augmented with sales intelligence, enabling display of recommendations for up-sell and other complimentary products.

The intuitive user experience and powerful search, combined with a streamlined order entry process, simplifies user training needs, enabling sales representatives to focus on serving customers.

A mobile application for registering materials that are loaded into vehicles is also included. The application is accessed through the Infor Go platform on iOS and Android.
