M3 Portals - Equipment Portal

M3 Portals is a highly configurable technology platform designed to deliver on-line self-service portal applications for M3’s customers to collaborate with their end-customers. End-customers can access the portals through devices supporting web browsers and rigid security ensures that end-customers can only see and access their information.

Equipment Portal

The M3 Equipment Portal provides end-customers with access to their company, equipment, service, and rental information including:

  • Maintaining company information such as: addresses, contacts.

  • Accessing equipment information such as: service history, warranty details.

  • Updating equipment meter values.

  • Managing and creating rental agreements.

  • Viewing or creating service requests.

  • Viewing invoices.

  • Access to electronic content (manuals, guides, etc.).
