Open Orders by Customer
Use this widget to view open customer orders with their corresponding status based on your selected customer.
As a homepage or workspace widget, you can only retrieve and view customer orders together with Customer Contacts or as a context widget to M3 after selecting your preferred customer.
- Change the widget title as necessary.
- View the customer's ID and group.
- View the status of every customer order.
- Click the drill back button from a specific customer order to open 'Customer Order. Open Toolbox' (OIS300).
APIs used in the widget
The Open Orders by Customer widget requires application program interface (API) to retrieve data from M3 and vice versa.

Infor Business Context (IBC) messages
This widget retrieves data upon receiving these IBC messages either from Customer Contacts widget or from M3:
- InforCustomerPartyMaster
From M3: When an M3 program publishes the InforCustomerPartyMaster IBC message, this widget receives the message and retrieves the respective M3 APIs which return and display the appropriate data of a specific customer.
