Open Orders by Item

Use this widget to view open customer orders with additional information such as total order quantity and total allocated quantity based on the selected item.

Note: You must activate the OCUSMA and MITMAS tables in the M3 Function Search administration before using the widget. To update table indexes, see Infor M3 CE Core Administration Guide.

As a homepage or workspace widget, you can retrieve and view open customer orders for a selected item from the Item List widget or as a context widget to M3 where the InforItemMaster IBC message is published for your selected item. You can also click the drill back button from a specific item to open 'Customer Order.Open Toolbox' (OIS300).

APIs used in the widget

The Open Orders by Item widget requires application program interface (API) to retrieve data from M3 and vice versa.

Infor Business Context (IBC) messages

This widget retrieves data upon receiving these IBC messages:

InforItemMaster

From M3: When an M3 program publishes the InforItemMaster IBC message, this widget receives the message and retrieves the respective M3 APIs which return and display the appropriate data of a specific item.

From Workspace: When the Item List widget publishes the InforItemMaster IBC message, this widget receives the message and retrieves the respective M3 APIs which return and display the appropriate data of a specific item.

Note: Workspace is only available in Infor OS Portal.
