Infor M3 Customer Lifecycle Management (M3 CLM) is a customer relationship management (CRM) application for Infor M3 clients that is built from years of experience with CRM M3 projects.
Infor M3 CLM is a modern online application built on proven Infor M3 technologies including Grid, Event Hub, Infor H5 Client, mashups, Infor Enterprise Search and Infor Document Management. M3 CLM supports sales force automation processes for the generation of leads, conversion of leads to opportunities, quotes and order closing. It supports call planning, follow-up, contact and account management.
Built on the same infrastructure as Infor M3, the M3 CLM application combines industry-specific CRM capabilities with M3 transactional processes in a unique way to deliver a truly holistic view of your customers and prospects. M3 CLM enables you to work in your preferred environment, for example Infor Ming.le, Infor H5 Client, or a smart device such as a tablet or phone, or through e-mail.
Unlike other best-of-breed CRM solutions, M3 CLM is built specifically for Infor M3 and the Infor M3 target industries.
M3 CLM for Equipment
M3 CLM for Equipment is an optional add-on to M3 Customer Lifecycle Management providing dedicated functionality to the Equipment industry. M3 CLM for Equipment provides an integration to M3 Equipment Quotation Management to enable the users to create equipment quotations as a natural extension of M3 CLM Opportunities. Furthermore, M3 CLM for Equipment includes some equipment-specific dashboards and extended customer dashboards.
M3 CLM Campaign Management
Campaign Management is an optional module to M3 CLM used to define campaigns, campaign elements and their target groups. These elements can be used to generate mailings, run promotions, generate activities across the company and much more.
Mobile M3 CLM
The Mobile M3 CLM provides access to M3 CLM business processes through native mobile applications based on the IOS or Android mobile platforms (iPhone, Android phones, etc.). From the mobile application, the user can work with their customer information and sales processes by viewing, creating and editing entities such as activities, opportunities and contact. Also specific notes attached to these entities can be managed.
