It provides the flexibility needed to support the additional dimension of owner and an extensive use of maintenance agreements to help build up a quick and effective sales process. It provides a range of options to manage your customers' warranty claims against you, and those of your suppliers. From receiving the initial claim, updating the claim, through to claim agreement and final closure, our system has you covered.

Warranty Management

Warranty management is a solution that enables you to set up the basic data that is used within the warranty and claim flows. Each warranty record can contains details on how long the warranty is valid for (calendar and meters), details of goodwill periods and if charges apply. You can then connected to each warranty the details of what types of transactions are covered by the warranty and can include labor, materials, subcontract charges and expenses.

The solution supports both standard and extended warranty types, together with specialized warranty types that can be automatically built by the system after completing a service job so that the warranty only covers the work that has been carried out.
