Infor GenAI is a generative AI platform that is part of Infor OS. It uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to enable applications, including third-party applications, to use generative AI capabilities.

GenAI assists users with tasks such as data and text generation, summarization, translation, contextualization, and analysis. GenAI services are accessible through APIs that can be invoked by Infor applications with business context. The results are then made available to the user as an embedded experience, either through a widget or a chat session.
