Configuring the Cross-Sell Recommender widget

Note: The widget must be unpublished to reflect the changes.
  1. Click the menu icon on the widget title bar and select Configure....
  2. Specify this information:
    Widget Title
    Click this option and specify a widget title. The widget title can be customized to better align with business needs, ensuring relevance for different use cases.
    Product Image
    Click this option and switch the Show Product Image toggle to show the images of the recommended items. The toggle button enables or disables the display of product images within the widget.
    Configure Display
    Click this option and specify required values to configure the display of item parameters. The fields in this setting which are named, Price, Margin, Availability, Confidence and Drivers can be customized . Each parameter can be set to:
    • Always: Displayed on the product card.
    • Details – Visible in the details section when expanded.
    • Never – Completely hidden.

    Clicking on a recommended product card expands it to reveal the details section.

    Feedback
    Click this option and switch the Enable Dislike toggle to display the thumbs down icon on the widget.
    Note: In this version of the Cross-Sell Recommender, the cross-sell recommendations that get a thumbs down is only saved, but it is not yet feed into the algorithm.
  3. Click Save.
