Customer Pattern Analysis 

The Customer Pattern Analysis page shows several reports with customer data that you can filter based on year, grade, or customer. You can also bookmark your search filters so you can access them again by clicking the Bookmarks button.

This table shows the reports in the Customer Pattern Analysis page:

Reports	Description
Customer Order Pattern - Invoice Amount	Shows the cumulative invoiced amount for all customers over the past rolling 12 months. The monthly trend for the current year is displayed in a line graph, compared to the prior year, which is illustrated in an area graph.
Customer Order Pattern Details	Shows a list of customers along with their individual total invoiced amounts for each month over the past rolling 12 months.
Number of Customers by Grade	Shows the number of customers each month, categorized by grade, for the selected year.
