The PO Certificate of Analysis Automation streamlines the handling of Certificate of Analysis documents, which are quality-assurance documents received from suppliers when deliveries are made for purchase orders in M3.

A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is a formal document confirming that a product complies with the required specifications. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food manufacturing, and typically includes details about product identity, quality, and purity. CoAs are essential for regulatory compliance and customer assurance.

By using Infor Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Infor Document Processor (IDP), the solution automatically extracts key data, such as Item Number and Lot Number, from scanned CoA PDFs. Each document is then uploaded to Infor Document Management (IDM), making it contextually accessible across multiple M3 programs.

This enables users in sales, stock management, and quality assurance to quickly retrieve CoAs for items being sold or stored, ensuring regulatory compliance and boosting customer confidence.
