Updating customer grade through drillback function

  1. From the Consumer space in Birst, open the Customer Ordering and Profitability Insights collection and select the Customer Grade dashboard.
  2. In the Customers with Grade in a Month report, click the link of a customer.
    The 'Customer. Open' (CRS610) program in M3 is displayed..
  3. In the Stat ID 2 field, click the Search icon.
  4. Select a grade and click Select.
  5. To save the changes, click Next.
