Customer Letter Check and Letter Draft Scanning

The Customer Letter Check and Letter Draft Scanning solution is an enterprise automation tool that automates the extraction and data entry of Customer Letter Check and Letter Draft records into the Accounts Receivables module in M3. By leveraging Infor Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Infor Document Processor (IDP) with Gen AI, the solution improves efficiency by reducing the time spent and potential errors caused by manual entry of checks and drafts.

These tasks are automated:

  • Extracting key details from checks and drafts from a preconfigured email folder and local drive.
  • Identifying the correct Finance Application Management (FAM) function, with the required fields such as check number, amount, and customer ID validated in M3.
  • Using the extracted details to create records in the M3 Accounts Receivable module.
