Running the Bank Statement Scanning solution

Before running this solution, ensure that you have configured Value+ Content solutions after deployment.

  1. Open the RPA Assistant.
  2. In M3BankStatementScanning, click Run.

    During the process, the green indicator changes to orange and reverts back to green after the run is completed.

  3. In Infor OS Portal, click Inbox or open the notification in your email.
    If the process is successful, the notification title ends with Sent to M3 BOD. If the process failed, the notification title ends with Failure.

    This information is available in the notification:

    • Status
    • Subject: Mail subject for outlook documents or folder for documents in configured folder
    • Received Time
    • Company
    • Division
    • Bank Statement Number
    • Bank Identifier
    • File Name
    • Remarks: Shows the error for failed process
