Customer Grade

The Customer Grade page contains reports that shows customer data results for the selected month. Customers are graded from g1-g5, where g5 is the highest. In this dashboard, you can also drill down into M3 to update the grade of a specific customer, simplifying the classification within the system.

This table shows the KPIs and reports, which you can filter by year, month, grade, or customer:

KPI, Report Description
Customers with Grade Shows the number of customers with a grade in the selected month.
Customers that Lost the Grade Shows the number of customers who lost their grades during the selected month.
Customers without Grade Shows the count of customers who have no grades during the selected month.
Customers with Grade in a Month Shows a list of individual customers along with their grades and recorded invoiced amounts. In the customer column, you can select a specific customer to drill down into M3 (Customer.Open or CRS610/H) and update the customer's grade.
Customers without Grade in a Month Shows a list of individual customers who have no grades in the selected month, along with their grades from the previous month.
Customers per Grade Change Variance Shows the number of customers based on the variance in their grades for the selected month compared to the previous month. You can click a specific bar to show its data in the other reports.
Customers with Grade Change greater than '1' in a selected month Shows a list of individual customers sorted by the variance in their grades for the selected month compared to the previous month.
Customer Months without Grade Shows a list of customers and the number of months during which each customer has no grade.
