Bank Statement Scanning

The Bank Statement Scanning is a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution that converts bank statement documents into comprehensive records within M3. By using RPA, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) with Generative AI (GenAI) and Machine Learning (ML), this solution enhances accuracy and streamlines the integration of financial data into your system.

These tasks are automated:

• Extraction of data from the bank statement documents from unread emails and local drive.
• Identification of attributes such as bank details, division, and transaction summaries. Updating of invoice number, transaction types, and business transaction code for each bank statement line in M3.
• Creation of bank statements in M3 through BOD integration.

To identify Business Transaction codes using the transaction summary, an AI model is applied with a 70% threshold for matching. This threshold is configurable during deployment.
