Security roles

This table shows the security roles that are required in the tenant to run the solution:

Security role	Description
RPA-User	Base role for all RPA users, required to provide and upload credentials.
RPA-Process_Admin	Elevated role that manages configuration and job processing for processes that the user is authorized to access.
RPA-Admin	Elevated role that manages configuration and job processing for all.
COLEMANAI-Administrator
IONAPI-Administrator	Required role to download .ionapi files with credentials for RPATray Assistant and RPA Studio.
IDM-Administrator	Can create and alter document types and configure IDM. This role does not grant privileged access to any content. This role implicitly includes IDM-AdvancedUser.
M3MDP-TESTAPI	Can enable the user to use the Test API functionality.
M3MDP-User
M3UI-User	Can access the M3 User Interface.
DATALAKE-Data Administrator
DATALAKE-System Administrator
DATALAKE-User	Can provide retrieval and aggregation services for Data Lake users.
DATAFABRIC-Super Admin
