Prerequisites

Ensure that these applications are provisioned in the tenant:

  • Infor M3
  • Infor Document Processor (IDP)
  • Document Management (IDM)
  • ION Desk
  • RPA Management, also known as the Mastermind

Ensure that these items are set up after deployment:

  • Infor RPA is installed, to be used in attended or unattended mode.
  • RPA Process is configured.
  • IDM document type is created.

  • RPA Process M3ProofOfDeliveryDigitization_2_0 is configured.

  • IDP flow M3ProofOfDeliveryDigitization2.0 is imported.

  • IDM document type Delivery Note (Name: M3_DeliveryNote) is created

  • IDM Business Context Model Entity InforDelivery is configured for supported M3 programs with mentioned document type.

Additional configurations must be set up in M3.
