Accounts Receivable Controller Workspace

The Accounts Receivable Controller can use this workspace to manage all aspects of the invoice lifecycle and credit control, from the shipment of goods to the receipt of payment.

Within this workspace, reminder letters are generated at various escalation levels and reviewed before being issued to customers as required.

Invoices placed on hold or stop are displayed in a unified view across all customers, alongside Tickler Notes that document customer interactions, enabling faster resolution of reported issues.

Credit tracking is also available, showing the remaining credit available to each customer in a graphical format with drill-down capabilities for detailed insights. This monitoring supports proactive account management, helping prevent customers from exceeding their credit limits.

Additionally, the average time that customers take to pay invoices is calculated in the Days Outstanding view. This view serves as a valuable indicator of potential issues and aids in cash flow management for more effective oversight of customer debt.

This table shows the available widgets in the workspace:

When you perform a drillback to any program, verify that Function Search is enabled. If the Function Search is disabled, you must create a record by specifying a combination of program, sorting order, and table for the search on 'Standard Search. Open' (CMS021/B).

This table shows the programs along with their corresponding sorting order and table details, all of which should be in active status:
