This workspace is built on existing M3 Analytics and Birst data models, leveraging available content to deliver meaningful visualizations through Analytics Widgets.
This list shows the main focus areas of this workspace:
- Ensure sustainable and cost-efficient supply across priority product categories and high-value customer segments.
- Monitor fulfillment performance, procurement trends, and alignment with forecasted demand.
- Identify drivers of margin erosion across the supply chain, such as rising input costs, inefficiencies, or supplier issues.
- Track supplier performance, inventory turnover, and inbound/outbound reliability to support consistent service delivery.
