Using M3 Equipment Profitability Portal with M3 CloudSuites

With the M3 Equipment Profitability Portal (mashup), you can visualize profitability for serialized items per equipment, customer agreement or maintenance agreement, based on a predefined accounting model. The Equipment Profitability Portal is primarily designed for equipment-centric customers such as those working in the rental industry, equipment dealers, and those providing after-sales service

M3 Equipment Profitability Portal provides these capabilities:
  • Accounting model view: Enables selection of the model and listing of the model lines are listed together with the revenue, cost, and margin for each line. The balance table together with individual financial transactions can also be displayed.
  • Equipment profitability view: Enables selection of equipment and display of that equipment’s costs, revenue, margin, warranty fund, and more. The balance table together with individual financial transactions can also be displayed.
  • Customer profitability view: Enables selection of a customer and display of that customer’s costs, revenue, margin, warranty fund, and more. The balance table together with individual financial transactions can also be displayed.
  • Maintenance agreement profitability view: Enables selection of a MCO agreement and display of that agreement’s costs, revenue, margin, warranty fund, and more. The balance table together with individual financial transactions can also be displayed.

M3 Equipment Profitability Portal is a mashup application that provides similar capabilities to those of the M3 thin client, but through a different user interface.
