Customer Orders
You can retrieve item information from PDF documents and images and add the item information into an open customer order in M3.
Note: The documents and images are automatically uploaded to IDM with the CS_Orders document type.
Prerequisites
Before using the Customer Orders feature, you must enable the M3_H5_ItemsFromPDFHelper script on Customer Order. Open Line (OIS101).
Limitations
The Customer Orders feature is only available for the Customer Order. Open Line (OIS101) M3 program. Additionally, responses generated by AI may not always be accurate or reliable. You must verify the information generated by AI and use it responsibly.
