Mobility for Field Service
Infor Mobility for Field Service (MFS) is a mobile solution that supports service technicians while working in the field. It runs on phones and tablets using Android, Windows, or iOS, and works both online and offline.
MFS is built on the same core technology as Infor M3 Customer Lifecycle Management (M3 Customer Lifecycle Management) and can be used as a standalone solution or integrated with M3 Customer Lifecycle Management. It shares common data such as customers, contacts, and equipment, and integrates bi directionally with Infor Document Management. This integration enables technicians to view documents linked to M3 records (such as work orders, items, and services) and upload photos, videos, and signatures captured on the device, which are automatically indexed in M3.
The solution also leverages native device capabilities, including maps for assignment locations and phone features for direct customer contact. MFS is available to M3 customers who use the work order process.
