Viewing item recommendations

  1. Go to the customer order entry page in M3.
  2. After adding the order information, go to the customer order line entry screen.
  3. Open the insight group that shows the Cross-Sell Recommender widget .
  4. After the items are added to the order, the widget shows cross-sell recommendations.

    The information shown in the widget depends on the widget configuration.
