Alternate Supplier Visibility Shows possible alternate suppliers for the selected item based on purchase agreements (PPS100) and item per supplier entries (PPS040) as defined in M3.
Available to Spend Provides a view of the customer's available balance and credit information.
Customer Return Enables you to handle customer returns either by referencing a specific order or by initiating manual returns without requiring a reference order.
Create Work Order Creates a work order for a selected service.
Note: This widget is targeted at the CloudSuite Distribution Enterprise and Equipment industries but is accessible across other M3 industry CloudSuites.
Customer Address Shows addresses for a particular customer that can be viewed, modified, and deleted. You can also add a new address,
Customer Contacts Provides a view of customer contact details that users can get in touch from the workspace. You can create outgoing calls using this widget.
Customer Equipment List Lists equipments for a specific customer.
Note: This widget is targeted at the CloudSuite Equipment industry but is accessible across other M3 industry CloudSuites.
Customer Order Lookup Provides quick access to customer orders and their details.
Customer Return Enables you to handle customer returns either by referencing a specific order or by initiating manual returns without requiring a reference order.
Drillback Actions Lists drillbacks and redirect actions.
In-context Information Shows M3 data in different chart formats.
Item Creation Adds a new item from your workspace easily.
Item Details Provides a view of item list details in M3 and publish incontext message to support other widgets.
Master Data Text Shows the text information of an item, customer, and supplier.
Move to Location Moves a specific item from one location to another location in M3.
M3 Application Messages Displays your latest messages received in M3.
M3 Environment Displays information about the current M3 environment and user.
M3 Information Creator Creates new M3 data.
M3 Information Editor Edits existing data.
M3 Information Monitor Collects multiple M3 Information Viewers into a single window.
M3 Information Viewer Displays an overview of relevant information in M3.
M3 Menu Locates and launches M3 programs, forms, tools, jobs, and reports.
Note: This is the only widget enabled for use with the mobile application and portal Infor Go.
M3 Product Updates Gives an overview of the latest updates per product. It also displays the current status of the review process of features. When the user clicks a link, an M3 program is launched, displaying a list of the features.
Open Invoices by Customer Shows customer open invoices.
Open Orders by Customer Shows open orders for a selected customer.
Open Orders by Item Shows customer open orders by item.
Price and Stock Availability Shows the sales price and stock availability in different warehouses for a selected item.
Purchase Agreements Lists purchase agreements and price breaks.
Purchase Requisition Creates a new purchase requisition by selecting an item from the list.
Quality Assurance Serves as a dedicated widget for quality inspection and reporting.
Receive Purchase Order Enters received quantity for purchase orders lines and create purchase order receipts.
Related Items Shows all the applicable related items for the selected item according to relation set in M3.
Release Planned Purchase Order Shows a buyer's list of planned Purchase Orders (PO) and release a planned PO to create an actual PO.
Rental Agreement Creation Creates rental agreement request from your workspace by selecting an item from the list.
Supplier Creation Adds a new supplier using an existing template.
Supplier List Views supplier list details in M3.
Upload CSV File Uploads a .csv file and easily migrate large amounts of M3 data safely and securely.
Where am I working Enables check in to varying locations within their daily activities when necessary. You can also review a list of possible locations and easy options to carry out the required check-in.
