Notification Center

Infor Notification Center is a centralized notification platform for Infor applications and connected services. It streamlines user interactions by delivering actionable notifications when they are most relevant. You can review assigned work, complete tasks, respond to approval requests, manage alerts, and access related business transactions without navigating between multiple applications.

Notification Center supports multiple notification types:

  • Tasks

    Tasks represent work items that require user action, such as approvals, reviews, or business process activities. You can complete tasks directly from Notification Center or navigate to the originating application for additional context.

  • Alerts

    Alerts notify you about important business events, exceptions, or conditions that require attention.

  • Messages

    Messages provide informational communications, announcements, and updates that don't require action, but keep you informed about business activities and organizational communications.

You can access Notification Center through multiple channels, including the smart panel in Infor OS Portal, the Notification Center application, and Infor Mobile Hub.

Notification Center provides capabilities such as filtering, searching, sorting, assignment management, out-of-office handling, bulk operations, archive, mobile push notifications, and personalized notification preferences.

Internal organizations can integrate Notification Center with their business processes and applications, enabling notifications to be generated from workflows, events, and enterprise integrations. Currently, Notification Center has been adopted by ION, FSM, HCM, WFM, Health Service, Infor Public Sector.
