Prerequisites for integrating IDM to the Project Executive Summary widget

Before using this widget, you must ensure that these tasks are completed:

  • Import the IDMConfiguration_ProjectExecutiveSummary.xml file in IDM.

    See Creating the Project Executive Summary XML file and the Infor OS User and Administration Library and select Administrator > Document Management > Infor Document Management Control Center > Administration > Import / Export > Using the Import tab.

  • Enable the Project_Executive_Summary document type filter for the GENAI-User IFS security role.

    See the information on enabling a document type filter in the Infor OS User and Administration Library and select Administrator > Document Management > Infor Document Management Control Center > Administration > Configuration > Document Types Filter > Filtering Document Types.

  • Add and configure the Project Executive Summary template file in IDM.
