Adding the Project Executive Summary template file to IDM

  1. Add a new document, then select Project Executive Summary in the Document Type field.

    See the information on adding a document in the Infor OS User and Administration Library and select User > Document Management > Working with IDM > Working with a document > Adding a document.

  2. Upload the ProjectExecutiveSummary_Dynamic_Template.docx Word file into the new document.
  3. On the Properties tab, select Enable template, and specify this information:
    Template Name
    Specify Project_Executive_Summary_Template.
    Template Details
    Specify Project_Executive_Summary.

  4. On the Attributes tab, specify 0 in the Project Number field.
  5. Click Save.
