Price and Availability

Use this widget to view a specific item's sales price and availability in different warehouses.

You can use the widget in these contexts:
  • In your workspace, select an item from the Item Details widget to view the item number, item description, and net price, along with a graph that shows available stock distributed across different warehouses in the Price and Availability widget. If you click the bar in the graph, the system drills back to 'Item. Connect Warehouse' (MMS002).
  • In M3, select a sales order from 'Customer Order. Open' (OIS101/B1) to view the item number, item description, net price, standard cost, margin amount, and margin percentage in the Price and Availability widget.
  • In M3, select an item from Item. Open (MMS001/B) to view the item number, item description, and net price, along with a graph that shows available stock distributed across different warehouses in the Price and Availability widget.

Prerequisites

  • Before using the widget, you must activate these tables in the M3 Function Search administration:
    • OOLINE
    • MITBAL
  • You must add the Item Details widget and the Price and Availability widget from the widget catalog to your workspace. The Price and Availability widget retrieves data based on the item you select in the Item Details widget.
