Configuring a bookmark for M3 Information Monitor
Use this procedure to create a bookmark for the widget.
- From the Edit Monitor dialog, click Configure Bookmark.
- Enable the Use Bookmark URL to copy a raw bookmark from M3 or optionally create a URL that is updated manually with context variables.
Example: To copy a bookmark URL, start with 'Customer. Open' (CRS610). From the program, right-click a customer and select Change. From the E panel, right-click any blank space and select Bookmarks > Copy to Clipboard.
See sample of a copied URL bookmark:
bookmark?program=CRS610&panel=E&tableName=OCUSMA&source=Web&option=2&keys=OKCONO%2C780%2COKCUNO%2CADAMCUST%2B%2B&LogicalId=lid://infor.m3.m3Some bookmark elements are dynamic. In the URL example, you can replace the customer number, that is ADAMCUST, with <CUNO> or
{CUNO}. We recommend that you update the URL on a notepad to identify dynamic elements. You can paste the updated URL to this field:bookmark?program=CRS610&panel=E&tableName=OCUSMA&source=Web&option=2&keys=OKCONO%2C780%2COKCUNO%2C<CUNO>%2B%2B&LogicalId=lid://infor.m3.m3. - When the Use Bookmark URL is disabled, configure a bookmark using these fields.
