Configuring the Mobile Hub Inbox widget

  1. Click the menu icon (...) on the widget title bar and select any of these options:
  2. Specify this information:
    Title
    Click the unlock button and specify a widget title.
    Customer – Key Search
    Specify a unique customer key that is patterned from Infor Sales Hub Customer Search.
    Customer Search – List View
    To configure the displayed fields in the Order Description Field Suggestion, specify a custom list from 'Information Browser Category. Open' (CMS010).
    Item Search – Key Search
    Specify a unique item key that is patterned from Infor Sales Hub Item Search.
    Item Search – Limit
    Specify the maximum number of items that are displayed in the Item Search list in the widget. Loading time might be affected with a higher maximum record.
    IDM Image Search Query
    Specify the IDM query for fetching the image of the item
  3. Click Save.
