General Ledger Admin

The General Ledger Admin is an Experience Designer for M3 Systems managers, accountants, and General Ledger controllers who work with financial accuracy and transactional completeness. Use the application to find work files, accounting flows, and invoices that are stopped before posting to the general ledger. From one screen, you can trace each transaction, understand its status, and move directly to the relevant M3 function to continue processing or correct errors.

When transactions fail during posting, accounting work can stall and require checks across multiple M3 programs. This application reduces that effort by presenting interrupted jobs, erroneous jobs, internal account entries, and unposted customer or maintenance invoices in structured data grids. You can filter records, review related vouchers, and drill down to supporting details without leaving the application. You can click the direct links to M3 programs to complete follow‑up actions, update data, or transfer entries to the general ledger.
