You can perform these procedures to use the H5 SDK application.

Updating a tenant name in the SDK application

Use this procedure to change a tenant's name.
Note: When you update a tenant name, the change applies to all user accounts.
  1. Click Configure.
  2. Specify this information:
    Select a Tenant
    Select a tenant to rename.
    Modify Tenant Name
    Specify a new name for the selected tenant.
  3. Click Save.

Applying the data across tenants

Use this procedure to apply the data to the primary and selected monitor tenants. Only the tenants configured in M3 are available as monitor tenants in the selection.
  1. Start the Data Comparison Across Tenants application.
  2. Select a value in the Program field, for example, CMS010 - Custom list. Click Apply to show related data from the program that is used by the master tenant.
  3. In the Tenants section, select the monitor tenants to include in the data comparison.
  4. Click Apply.

    The information from the selected program by the main tenant and the selected monitor tenants are displayed in a tabulated form and are ready for comparison. Optionally, you may use the pagination menu to limit the display of records per page.

  5. Compare the information between the primary and monitor tenants by verifying their availability. You may use the Export to Excel feature to download and save a copy of the records to your local folder.
    • The green check icon indicates that the information is available in the tenant. Clicking the icon opens a dialog that shows details of the record based on the key information extracted from the program.
    • The yellow caution icon indicates a mismatched information across tenants. Clicking the icon opens a dialog that shows the mismatch of records between the main and the selected, monitor tenants.
    • The red exclamation point icon indicates that the information is not available in the tenant. Clicking the icon displays that the record is not found for the tenant.
  6. After you apply the data, you can view the updates in the context viewer. When you click a row in the data grid, the context viewer updates automatically in the side panel.

Applying data to an IPC tenant

Use this procedure to include the IPC tenant for data comparison.
  1. Start the Data Comparison Across Tenants application.
  2. Select a value in the Program field.
  3. Click the Enable to Compare Data check box to add the IPC tenant in the data comparison.

    If only the IPC tenant is selected, the data is compared between the primary tenant and the IPC tenant.

  4. Optionally, select monitor tenants to include in the data comparison.
  5. Click Apply.

Filtering the data

Use this procedure to filter the company level data of selected tenants.
  1. Start the Data Comparison Across Tenants application.
  2. Apply the data to get the full view of the available data for each tenant.
  3. On the Company Level Data section, click the filter icon to open the panel to filter the availability of information.
  4. Select the Show all (include all matched records) check box to show all records.
  5. Expand each monitor tenant. Then filter the information based on availability. You can select Available, Mismatch, or Not Available.
    Note: Filters are a combination of AND conditions across tenants and OR conditions within the same tenant.

    This table shows a matrix on how the records are displayed based on your selection:

    Indicators vary. If records for tenant A is available, the tenant is tagged with green check mark. Tenant B can either have yellow exclamation or green check mark, and Tenant C is tagged with red exclamation mark for records that are not found.
