Configuring the Assisted Text Authoring widget

  1. Click the menu icon on the widget title bar and select Configure.
  2. In the Settings dialog box, specify this information:
    Title
    Click the unlock icon and specify a widget title.
    Image query
    Specify the IDM query definition that returns the available image in the content area of the widget. By default, this format is followed: /MDS_GenericDocument[@MDS_id1 = ITNO].
  3. Verify that the Save in all languages setting is disabled by default.

    Use the Save in all languages switch to control how the item name and item text are saved:

    • To save translation using only one language, leave the setting as disabled and proceed to the next step.
    • To translate the item name and item text using all the supported languages in 'Language. Open' (CRS010), enable the switch and proceed to the next step.
      If you enabled the Save in all languages switch, return to the main widget display and click Generate all. In the Generate dialog box, you can perform these additional actions:
      • Review the translated new item name and item text in the available languages.
      • Update the translated new item name or item text manually.
      • Click Regenerate to get new translations of the item name and item text for all languages.
      • Click Save to keep the changes to the translations.
  4. Optionally, click Configurable Widget Settings to customize the Assisted Text Authoring widget.

  5. Click Save.
