M3 Purchase Manager Workspace - Enhanced

The purchase manager specializes in supplier relationship management. Top 10 Open Orders by Buyer Shows the top buyers with the most number of open orders.
You can perform these actions in the widget:
  • Hover over a segment of the pie chart to show the order quantity and buyer name in a tooltip.
  • Click a legend element to exclude it from the visualization and analysis.
Supplier Performance by Period Shows a trend analysis of Lines On Time In Full in relation to Net Invoice Value and Number of Lines by Supplier for the past 12 months.
You can perform these actions in the widget:
  • Hover over a trend line to show the number of Lines On Time In Full and the year and month.
  • Click a legend element to exclude it from the visualization and analysis.
On Your Radar Consolidates live monitors that highlight critical procurement items, such as delayed lines, approvals, and supplier status for proactive management.
On Your Radar - Drilldown Enables detailed drilldown from monitored alerts into specific transactions and records to support investigation and resolution.
Suppliers Provides supplier search and lookup capabilities for quick retrieval of primary supplier data and contact information.
Items Offers item search and lookup capabilities for efficient access to primary item information and descriptions.
Purchase Agreements Displays purchase agreement documents linked to items to support contract and sourcing references.
Where Am I Working Displays the user's current work context and navigation aids to streamline task continuity.
Supplier Creation Facilitates supplier onboarding with configurable templates and controls to ensure compliant supplier record creation.
