General Ledger Desk
The General Ledger Desk is an Experience Designer application for financial accountants, general ledger accountants, and finance users who work with vouchers, transactions, and general ledger postings in M3. Use this application to search, review, and manage vouchers and general ledger transactions from one place.
You can trace voucher lines, linked transactions, and reversed entries, and understand how they relate before and after posting. This application also supports work with external batch uploads through the FIM Interface, where you can review validation errors, monitor batch status, and take follow-up actions to prevent delays in posting to the general ledger.
From this application, you can open voucher details, drill into full voucher views, and move to related M3 programs to review subledger entries, internal account entries, VAT information, or reverse transactions. This reduces the need to move between multiple M3 programs when verifying, reconciling, or correcting financial data.
