Role-based workspaces
Workspaces contain widgets and in-context applications to help you perform tasks and resolve issues that are related to your role.
Role-based workspaces are automatically available in the standard page catalog. These pages are automatically updated when enhancements are delivered and can serve as a foundation for spin-off engagements. Workspaces are available for both application roles and executive (C-level) roles. Some workspaces are also offered in an enhanced version that includes analytics.
We recommend that you copy the role-based standard workspaces to your own private pages. Publish the copied page as is, or do changes before publishing your version to add it to the workspace catalog.
Note: Updates to Standard role-based workspaces are delivered without toggles or version control. Standard workspaces should be copied to customer-specific versions, to enable adoption of the latest innovation content in your own pace. To monitor for updates, see the last edited date for the workspace in the Workspace Catalog and the Release Report information.
