Updating customer grade by batch

  1. In M3, open the 'Customer. Open' (CRS610) program.
  2. To show the Customer Classification button, perform these steps:
    1. Select Tools > Personalize > Scripts.
    2. Specify this information:
      Script
      Specify CustomerClassification_V1.
      Argument
      Specify 9,5,Customer Classification,[Birst space ID].

      To acquire your Birst space ID, consult with the Birst administrator of your tenant.

    3. Click Add.
    4. Click Save.
    5. Click Refresh.
  3. Select the customers. You can select up to 20.
  4. Click Customer Classification.
    The current classifications for the selected customers are displayed, with the data retrieved from Birst.
  5. To update their grades, click Save.
