Troubleshooting

User receives a task but no email notification

Check the configuration in ION > Configuration > ION Service > Properties > Activities engine > Send E-mail.

Tasks are not distributed to users

Check if the user has been assigned the correct group.

Preliminary customer is not updated to active (status 20)

Check if the service user connected to the service account used in the workflow is an M3 user and has access to the API.
