Prerequisites
Required applications
Ensure that these applications are provisioned in the tenant:
- Infor Document Management (IDM)
- The RPA Management system, also known as the Mastermind
- Infor M3.
Required roles
In the tenant, these security roles are required to run the solution:
Security role | Description |
---|---|
IONAPI-Administrator | Required role to download .ionapi files with credentials for RPA Tray Assistant and RPA Studio. |
RPA-Admin | Elevated role that manages configuration and job execution for all. |
RPA-Process_Admin | Elevated role that manages configuration and job execution for processes to whom the user has been given access. |
RPA-User | Base role for all RPA users, required to provide and upload credentials. |
IDM-User | Required for access to IDM user interfaces and APIs. |
IDM-RelatedInformationUser | Grants access to the IDM Related Information contextual application. |
M3UI-User | Can access the M3 User Interface. |
UserAdmin | Enables the user to administer all the other users. This is required to find User GUID or create User Group and add users to it for the users to receive notifications in M3. |
Required RPA process status
To prepare the Bill of Lading Digitization process for use:
Ensure that the RPA process M3BillOfLadingDigitization is published to the RPA Mastermind from RPA Studio and is in Finalized Status, with Process Arguments configured. The status can be verified in

To run the Bill of Lading Digitization process in attended mode, you must complete these
requirements:
- Download and use the latest version of RPA Assistant from the RPA Mastermind. To get
installer access, go to

and click . - Your account must be authorized in the RPA Mastermind authorization section. To set up your authorization, access and click .
- You must be added to the mastermind process users list. To set up your authorization,

- Download the RPA Assistant ION API file from the Authorized Apps panel in the API
Gateway. To download the file, access

.Note: RPA-Admin security role is required to do this action. Additionally, RPA Tray Assistant corresponds to the RPA Assistant application.
. Search for RPA Tray Assistant and click the icon. The ION API file is saved
in your Downloads file folder.
