Configuring the Customer Return widget

  1. Click Configure.
  2. Specify this information:
    Title
    Click the unlock button and specify a widget title.
    Order type
    Select your preferred order type where widget loads the Credit Order (CO) category order types.
    Facility for Customer/Item Search
    Select from which facility to view the customer, item, or both search categories.
    All Facilities, which is a default value, shows all existing facilities assigned to varying customers. You can select My Facility to show only the facilities that are assigned to you.
    Warehouse
    Select the warehouse where the items needs to be returned.
  3. Click Save.
