Customer Order Lookup
Use this widget to search and view the details of a particular customer order. Changes in transaction created in 'Customer Order. Open Toolbox' (OIS300) are also reflected in the widget.
- View the status of every customer order.
- Click the drill back button to open the program where the transaction is recorded.
- Check the summary of a specific customer order, for example quantity of orders, remaining quantity to be processed, delivered orders, invoiced orders and other details through a modal.
- Refresh the list of customer orders by clicking the refresh icon from the widget title bar.
Prerequisite
Before using the widget, you must activate the OOHEAD table in the M3 Function Search administration.
