Disconnecting a project from a Subversion repository

Use this procedure to disconnect a project from a Subversion repository.

Caution:
Do not attempt to reconnect your existing project to the repository. Instead, delete the project, create a new one, and then connect it to the repository.
  1. Start Eclipse.
  2. Open the Workspace Navigator view.
  3. Select a project to disconnect. The project name displays the server name and port and should have brackets [....] after the name which indicates that the project is connected to a repository.
  4. Right-click the project and select Team > Disconnect.
